You’re so lucky and so is your wonderful son, Deanna. He knows exactly what he’s doing and it’s a credit you let him choose. I was only interested in reading and then playing basketball. My older sibling was a sister. Dad worked long hours and liked boxing, but that wasn’t my jam. Only in my twenties I discovered bycling, cross country skiing and running- more solitary than team oriented. I envy your son’s ability to select his own path at an early age.
