The facts clearly prove by a preponderance of the evidence that the Bisbee’s giant inflatable Santa, eight tiny reindeer, eight geese a laying and multi colored flashing lights violated HOA subsection 72(r) in that taken together, the holiday display exceeded the yuletide mirth clause, as amended in 2019. The HOA acknowledges that doorbell cameras show the Bisbee family played no part in arranging two tiny deer in carnal behavior. That information will be forwarded to the neighborhood crime watch for further investigation. In sum, the HOA finds the Bisbee’s in violation of subsection 72(r), with said notice to be made upon their return from their Winter retreat in Val D’Isire.
