Really well written advice for us all from lessons learned through the adversity of CFS. That you learned to cope and succeed is a lesson for any teenager with misunderstood or less well known ailments. I have a chronic illness that struck as a kid and required rest. It came back in my 20’s, but nothing since then. Cured? Not sure. But this story brought it all back.
