I just remembered being 6 years old, walking out through a marsh to catch minnows in a sink hole and bring them back in a jar to watch. That reminded me of late August as a kid when “pogies” the nickname for menhaden, would wash ashore. They were baitfish chased by bluefish and bitten in pieces. Thanks for reminding me Tomer.
